Our brief to redesign the Anglers included building a stunning new conservatory and a glazed link to lead the customers to the landscaped gardens and terrace, which overlook the river. The interior is now bright and inviting with artwork to reflect its riverside setting and a nod to its previous neighbour – Teddington Film Studios.
We designed the garden so that it can be used all year round, with covered seating areas and an outside bar. Strings of festoon lights and colourful seating make the riverside location a great place to sit throughout the day and into the evening.
The Anglers is one of those pubs that you would want to come back to time after time, it is as much as the garden as it is the restaurant and snug inside.
